The Platform
From one person outward.
Everything begins with a single individual who arrives somewhere unfamiliar and leaves feeling seen. That moment — engineered, repeatable, measurable — is where every ring of impact originates. The spirit of internal combustion, movement, and making things together is our recipe. But the recipe works anywhere, for any community, around any project worth showing up for.

The business model
Three sides.

the other two bring.
Each pays for what
the other two bring.
Clubs have members and nowhere to put them. Landlords have space and no one to fill it. Brands have money and no honest way in. None of them can solve it alone. We are the only place the three meet.

Every location makes the platform more valuable to all three sides at once. This is not philanthropy. Every side pays — and the margin is what funds the mission, which is why it does not run out.

Rev Rituals · Social Design
Gather
A specifically engineered social environment. Every zone, flow path, and programmed moment is intentional. Strangers turn toward each other organically — without knowing they were guided.
Drone Ops
Overhead view measures zone dwell and engagement in real time.
Pull + Push
Pull zones draw people in. Push zones keep them moving.
Zone Cards
Each vehicle gets a card. Gives strangers a reason to stop.
The Engineered Spark
Motor culture does the social work. The zone card gives strangers a reason to stop.

Build Lab · Build
Build
Build Lab activates vacant retail space in six weeks, with no permanent buildout. Teams assemble kit cars over a season. The car is the excuse; the bond is the point. The recipe works for any project worth showing up for - we teach it, and lab managers pick what suits their community.
The Venue Model
No permanent buildout. If the venue needs the space back, Build Lab is out in six weeks and moves to the next unit.
The Build Season
Four teams, four build-and-disassemble cycles, $1,150/member/season. The fifth build drives out at Sonoma. The sale funds the next season.
The Social Architecture
The friendship forms underneath the project, and lasts because it was built on something real.
Empty space, six weeks to operational, the car drives out, the season funds the next.
Social infrastructure out of nothing - and the economic case proved every time.
Factory Five Racing · Daytona Coupe · Kit Build
Teams of 20 · Build · Bond · Drive
Commercial real estate can be a development tool - not just economically, but socially. The question is not what a space will become. The question is what happens to people while they are inside it.

Radio
Radio gives the community a frequency, and replaces the PA: every car is a speaker, and the speakers move. The signal starts working before anyone parks.
Live from the floor
Every Gather and Build Lab session goes out live. The community hears itself.
Local hosts
Hosts come from the community, not from a booth.
Every car is a speaker
The sound system arrives with the crowd and grows with it. No rental, no rigging.
Sponsor model
$750/mo average. Sponsors are introduced, not advertised.
Pilot · Marin
FM plus streaming. The Marin Dad hosts. Format proven before rollout.
Rev Waves
Live-to-air from every Gather. Crowd, engines, introductions. Nothing else on the dial sounds like it.
The Perimeter
Drivers tune in on the approach and hear arrivals called - a 97 Turbo S, a 54 Bel Air - and roll in already inside the event. Every car that shows up extends the range.
The Arrival
Every driver is interviewed on the way in - name, vehicle, one thing nobody would guess. The lot meets you before you park. Nobody arrives anonymous.
Temporary Environments
Built for one event, packed up after. The impermanence is the point.
Revenue Model
$750/mo local sponsorship average. 3–5 sponsors per market. $27,000/yr per location. National at 60 locations: $1.6M+ annually — on top of Gather and Build revenue.

$2,000,000

to put the community back.
Half of Americans report chronic loneliness, and the rooms that used to hold a town are sitting empty. This raise builds seven Gather locations and three Build Labs over two years, and proves the model well enough that the next 50 do not need equity.

Why now · Why us
A 60-location partnership with Edens. Short-term terms, no permanent buildout, in and out in six weeks. Their vacancy becomes our venue and their traffic comes back up.
A decade of field research, not a first attempt. BV Overland (2019) proved the peer-to-peer fleet. Simple Campers (2020) ran it at scale - 50+ vehicles per station, $1.3M gross trajectory. Route Motoring Club (2021) proved the community thesis in a physical space.
Already running, already measured. Motor Social monthly, Build Lab secured, co-op garage nearly a year. Edens’ own Placer.ai data has our Saturdays 64% above every other Saturday, and six of the eight busiest Saturdays in 16 months are ours.
Self-funding at the unit level. Member revenue produces a sellable race car each year. The sale funds the next build.

The bridge · 3 Build Labs to 22 locations, without a Series A
A Series A trades equity for speed. We do not need that trade. The clubs already have the members, Edens already has the space, and we have the platform. Nobody raises equity to connect three things that are already looking for each other.
A new market opens only once a club partner has pre-sold it. Hagerty’s 750,000 members are the anchor; a portfolio across on-road, off-road, moto, snow and marine keeps the platform running year-round. Clubs pay for access - equity stays internal.
